Approaches to Employees

Since 2005, the Corporate Equal Partnership Office, under the direct supervision of the president, has been engaged in action for equal partnership between male and female employees.

We aim to practice Management Core Value through independent relationship between employees and corporate.

The important things for safety managements are "Human", "Equipment", and "Equipment to cover Human being's miss".

 We engage in activities to raise awareness of human rights so as to promote the creation of a workplace where discriminatory treatment does not occur.
