This year Panasonic Electric Works took first step towards achieving its ideal figure "Leading global company in Asia combining comfort and eco-friendliness" in the 100th anniversary of its foundation, year 2018.
To reach this goal, we have to put efforts in various aspects of development, where necessity for human resources with different values, irrespective of nationality or gender, plays a big role. We will actively invest in such human resources in order to develop "Tough persons" who support the new growth.
I think there is no such a thing as an easy job during the times you are striving for new personal growth. I have always told my subordinates ?"Think that work is not going well". When you overcome difficulties by your ingenuity, this experience will become a big property of you and next time in similar issue you will be able to deal with confidence. I believe this accumulation of experience and ingenuity will be foothold to master the secrets of business. And in today's hard times, we look forward to "Tough persons", people who can challenge and act with motivations.

A diversity of viewpoints makes our "Creating Customer Delight" policy more effective.
